Working with text with different charsets is not very easy in C++. Std library offers tools like codecvt, but working with them is not very comfortable. Moreover implementation depends strongly on specific platform. I have found an useful multiplatform library ICU. With usage of UnicodeString a UConverter it is possible to transform input data from given charset to unicode. |
